Old Fulton Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn, has been renamed 'Patsy and Carol Grimaldi Way' to honor the couple known for their coal-fired pizza, which they began serving in 1990. Although Grimaldi's Pizza closed in 1998, the Grimaldis returned to the area in 2012 to open a new restaurant called Juliana's.
