Man steals iPhone of accident victim in Bengaluru, then siphons off Rs 3.5 lakh with it
A man in Bengaluru stole the iPhone of a 36-year-old accident victim and used it to transfer over Rs 3.5 lakh from the victim's bank account. The incident occurred after the victim was involved in a road accident and was approached by the thief, who pretended to assist him. Following the theft, the victim reported the fraud to the police and blocked his bank account, while authorities have since frozen Rs 2 lakh in the thief's accounts.
